What we keep, and why.
When you request a Territory Audit we store the brokerage name, your name, email, phone, agent count, metro and territory code, for the purpose of running and delivering the audit and contacting you about it. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Canadian accounts are handled under Québec's Law 25; unsolicited email and SMS are never sent (CASL).
